From 2010, but it's a good read

Good Monday Morning folks.  I was dorking off this weekend reading through the blogs I like to follow and somehow I came across this entry from last year. First of all, Neil has a reputation of being a thought leader and a driver of innovation.  And that's just what I have heard and read about him!

There were many things that caught my eye throughout the article, but as a Recruiter, this is is one I wanted to immediately share with my hiring managers.

"Hiring gets harder and harder. The temptation when you get bigger is to let professionals — HR and recruiters — handle hiring. It has to be a significant part of everyone’s job."

Recruiting is a key piece in hiring, but cannot be the only piece.  In the end, a great hire for the company is a team effort.  Thanks for recognizing this Neil.
